Practice: A variety of techniques including acupuncture, Tai Chi, Qigong, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping (placing heated glass or silicone cups on the skin to create suction, which is used to improve circulation, alleviate muscle pain, and promote healing), gua sha (scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool, usually made of jade or cerami, to stimulate blood flow and Qi to treat muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation), Moxibustion (burning moxa (made from mugwort) near or on specific acupuncture points to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi and blood, enhance circulation and strengthen the immune system), Tui Na (Chinese massage), Chinese Medicine Diagnostics (conducting diagnostic techniques such as pulse taking, tongue examination, and questioning about symptoms and lifestyle to assess the balance of Qi, blood, Yin, Yang, and the state of the organ systems), Shonishin (Japanese Pediatric Acupuncture).

Practice: Performing physical postures (asanas) to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation to enhance mental and emotional well-being. Incorporating relaxation techniques and mindfulness into practice. Philosophy to promote inner well-being.

These holistic and alternative medical practices offer unique approaches to well-being that focus on prevention and long-term health.
